 The name "Perpetua" is inspired by Idaho's state motto, Esto Perpetua—"Let it be perpetual." As someone who loves the state of Idaho and the values it represents, Darin wanted to build a company founded on integrity, hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to serving local families and businesses.

His goal is simple: to be the person clients can call whether they're buying land, building a custom home, remodeling an existing space, selling a property, or planning their next investment. Not just for one project—but for years to come.
